3rd Day@Orientation, March onto the Battlefield

When I was reading the case of TechMark last night, I was thinking, "how come that I said I loved business and I have been in a business for so many years but I do not know NUMBERS!!!

It is the 3rd Day of Orientation, but the battlefield is REAL! Till the end of today, I was not exited to know that I have an entire new world to explore. I have so many to learn. But I am not that overwhelmed either.

I recongize the value for "TechMark" for two reasons.

1) It starts with the big picture of running a business. A business with the real world complexity and ambiguity. The situations and problems that products based company faced are put in front of us. And we "compete" in an industry with other players.

2) I realized that I truly need to understand Accounting and Finance! I need to learn the business language here.
